It also involved Safe Anaesthesia Worldwide, the DAK Foundation, the Lifebox Foundation, AIC Kijabe Hospital, and the Edna Adan Hospital.

One key player was project manager and nurse anaesthetist Mubarak Mohamed, who said he and many of his colleagues across Somaliland benefited from Diamedica’s efforts.
