Diamedica recognises that education and training are key components to providing lifesaving healthcare. We proudly offer extensive training and support for customers on all our products, as well as participating in training courses held other organisations around the world.
For example, we recently gave a training session on Oxygen for Life at the MSV or Medics Without Vacation Annual Volunteers’ Day. This included practical training on maintenance and repair of mistreated oxygen concentrators likely to encountered in the field.
We work hand in hand with our distribution network to ensure that our partners are all experts on Diamedica’s equipment. This approach makes our distributors invaluable partners in ensuring the long-term functioning of our equipment.
